Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions.

2. Wet Weather Policy
It is the client's full responsibility to organise a wet-weather backup plan. We do not offer indoor venue alternatives. Refunds are not issued due to cancellations resulting from weather unless agreed upon in writing. In cases where weather may affect set-up, we will contact you in advance to discuss options, including rescheduling (subject to availability).   
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, or government restrictions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds  
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund minus the 50% deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.
4. Damages & Liability
The client is fully liable for any damage, loss or theft of hire items during the hire period. This includes damages caused by guests, third parties, or weather-related issues. A damages waiver may be applied post-event to cover repair or replacement costs. You agree to notify us immediately if any items are damaged or missing.   

5. Use of Equipment
All equipment provided is for temporary event hire only and must not be left unattended in public spaces. Items must be used in a safe and respectful manner. We reserve the right to withhold the bond or charge for cleaning, damage, or misuse.   

6. Delivery & Setup
We provide full delivery, setup, and pack-down service unless otherwise arranged. Access to the site must be clear and safe. If the setup is delayed due to site access issues, additional fees may apply.   Delivery/pickup charges may be affected by weekday or weekend travel. Public holiday charges will also apply.
Charges for the delivery of hire goods will be dependent on location and access/parking availability.

7. Event Timeframe
Standard hire includes up to 3 hours, unless otherwise agreed. Overtime must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.   

8. Photos & Marketing
By booking with us, you consent to our use of photos of your event for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish for your photos to be shared, please notify us in writing.
